WHISKY SOUR

The perfect easy to make yet impressive cocktail, I use less Syrup than most as it just doesn’t need it, maple or honey is my fave…

3 parts whisky ( or Bourbon )
2 parts lemon juice ( I used orange )
1 egg white
Honey ( Or syrup of some sort …Maple, cordial or sugar syrup all fine )
Ice for shaking - shake vigorously for atleast 30 seconds to ensure the white forms a good froth x

Splash of bitters for top or a sprinkle of Cardamom as I did x
