As a styling studio, we take pride in assisting our customers in store by curating objects, books, candles, dried florals, ceramics etc. for a particular space to add character and personality. But if you need help beyond styling say a shelf, coffee or side table, we offer interior styling services to suit you and your space.
Our 1.5 hour home styling consultation can cover verbal ideas from soft furnishings, blinds, cushions and bedlinen to furniture, lighting, paint colours and tiles through to styling pieces such as candles, books, objects and art. The cost of this home consultation within the Auckland area is $140 + gst
HOME CONSULT DURING LOCKDOWN
Home consults will be held virtually during Covid-19 Lockdown. As a child friendly business, we're happy to discuss an option that works for your situation. We use Zoom and FaceTime on a mobile device, so we can move around spaces with ease. We understand if the meeting needs to adjourn at any stage due to interruptions, and can also break a consultation down into two shorter sessions of approx. 45 minutes each.
As a follow on from the home consultation, a mood board provides a colour scheme and visual concepts to give you a reference for look and feel. We work with furniture pieces you want to keep or can create these from scratch and look at pieces we can incorporate that you already have along the way.
Moodboards are approximately $380 per room/area for two concepts per room/area. Smaller areas such as hallways/entrance which require fewer elements are approximately half this cost.
From this point you can choose to source your pieces yourself or get our stylist team to do this for you. You'll receive a discount of 10%* on any items you'd like to purchase from Ornament that fit your look and feel. (*Not in conjunction with any other offers, one off items excluded.)
Sourcing for any additional items not sold by Ornament are charged hourly.
