GENERAL SHIPPING

Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery upon fulfilment of the order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, please ensure to check your junk mail folder if not received or email us at: store@ornament.co.nz

Please allow extra time when ordering framed prints, furniture pieces or shipping to rural addresses.

Rates exclude larger/heavy items or with orders containing multiple items to be determined on an order by order basis. You will be notified by email if an additional shipping fee is required to dispatch your order.
