LAVOSH
Firstly this recipe is soooo easy and can be adjusted to use seeds you have on hand so don't feel you need to follow the recipe exactly. I am making some more today but will be using pumpkin seeds. So especially considering we are in lockdown and not wanting to make special trips to the supermarket just use what have! The total amount of seeds is about a cup plus the chia seeds which I suspect you kinda need as they are binding but it probably still works without them too.
BASIC RECIPE:
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Cup Linseeds
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt Flakes (or regular table salt)
1 Cup Spelt Flour ( Or any flour really, today I am making some to drop off to hospital for my dad who is gluten free so I am adding Gluten Free Flour )
1/2 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Olive Oil (Using Infused oils is a lovely way to put some extra flavour in also such as garlic infused oil, these can be quite rich so maybe use half and half)
Put it all in Bowl and knead together, the oil makes this really non sticky and easy to roll into a ball. Then roll flat between two sheets of baking paper to desired thickness (approx 3mm) and bake till browned. Sorry I have never timed this but its approx 15-20 mins depending on your oven. I then sprinkle a bit more salt over it. Its so moreish, enjoy!
