After summer finally feeling like it arrived this is proving to be a very nice little post work tipple in our house in the lead up to Christmas  .. either serve as a martini shaken on ice in a chilled cOuse or serve on ice in a large glass.

2 parts Gin to 1 part Dolin Vermouth Rouge ( or Martini Rosso )

For a slightly sweeter option do even parts

We serve with dehydrated lemon and lavender flower.
