COCONUT CREAM, CARDAMOM AND CASHEW PORRIDGE

Oh yes porridge just turned into dessert for breakfast basically. And now that its getting colder this combo is such a goodie!

I like to still cook the oats in water then add the a bit of cream at the end (you actually dont need much to make it creamy) and then add a bit on top at the end. 

Approx ratio: 1 cup of oats to two cups of water and say 1/3 cup of coconut cream an more on top, half a teaspoon of ground cardamom, honey/brown sugar or maple syrup and chopped cashews.
