APEROL GRAPEFRUIT SOUR

1 part Aperol
2 parts Gin
1/2 grapefruit juiced
1 egg white
Ice
Shake rigorously on ice, strain and serve in a chilled glass, make sure you shake all the froth out and top with a few splashes of Angostura bitters.
Served in our Classic Cocktail Coupe.
