All wood facts to sunlight, humidity, temperature, and can vary slightly in grain and colouration. The solid oak is untreated and therefore it easily absorbs dirt and grease. When cleaning the product only use warm soap water and apply this on the entire surface. Dry immediately with a soft and damp cloth to prevent water stains and marks. Please do not stand on furniture.
