Ottinetti Parmesan Shaker

Lightweight and durable shaker made from aluminium with large holes in the top perfect for parmesan flakes.

Established in Italy in 1920 this foundry still produces beautiful handcrafted cookware from aluminium. Aluminium is the second best conductor of heat next to copper however it is more cost effective and easier to maintain. This aluminium is certified 99.5% pure which means it is perfectly safe to cook in.

Its not recommended to store acidic foods such as tomato based sauces for long periods of time.
