This creamy milk chocolate delivers lively notes of red stone fruit from the Tanzanian cacao, complemented by freeze-dried strawberries.

The strawberries are mixed into each bar by hand, giving a fresh fruity zing and a satisfying crunch. 

The outstanding organic cacao used in this bar is farmed by a collection of smallholder farmers in the Kilombero Valley, bordering the Udzungwa Mountain National Park in Tanzania.

Shirl & Moss hand sort, roast, crack, winnow and stone grind for up to 80 hours before ageing our chocolate. We then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in our little factory.
